Service Description

Power By Design™ is an AI-powered identity assessment platform operated by Hoss Pratt International. The service generates personalized identity profiles by synthesizing your responses through multiple personality and performance frameworks including DISC, Enneagram, MBTI, Human Design, Wealth Dynamics, and Frequency Mapping™.

By accessing or using Power By Design™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Payment Terms

Power By Design™ offers three assessment tiers: Spark (free), Blueprint ($197), and Immersion ($497). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. All sales are considered final, subject to the satisfaction guarantee described below.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all paid assessments. If you are not satisfied with your Power By Design™ report for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@powerbydesign.ai. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Intellectual Property

Power By Design™ and Frequency Map™ are proprietary trademarks of Hoss Pratt International. All content, methodologies, frameworks, report templates, and AI-generated outputs are the intellectual property of Hoss Pratt International. Your personalized report is generated for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize the assessment methodology, framework synthesis approach, or report structure.

Framework insights referenced in your report are derived independently and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by any third-party assessment organization.

Limitation of Liability

Power By Design™ is a personal development tool designed to provide self-awareness and insight. It is not a substitute for professional mental health services, medical advice, therapy, or counseling. The assessment and resulting report are for informational and personal development purposes only.

Hoss Pratt International shall not be held liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from the use of your Power By Design™ report. You acknowledge that the assessment is AI-generated and that results may vary. Use of this service is at your own discretion and risk.

In no event shall Hoss Pratt International be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

User Conduct

You agree to provide honest and accurate responses during the assessment. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access reports belonging to other users, or use automated tools to interact with the platform in unauthorized ways.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
