Hoss Pratt International (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates Power By Design™ at powerbydesign.ai. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with care.

What Data We Collect

When you use Power By Design™, we collect the following information:

• Name — Your first name, used to personalize your report
• Email address — Used to send your report and for account communication
• Birth date, birth time, and birth city — Optional, used for Human Design chart calculation (Blueprint and Immersion tiers only)
• Assessment answers — Your responses to assessment questions, used to generate your personalized report
• Payment information — Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used for the following purposes:

• To generate your personalized Power By Design™ identity report
• To send you your completed report via email
• To provide a secure permalink so you can access your report anytime
• To process your payment (for paid tiers)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Ever.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Power By Design™. Each processes limited data as described:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe receives your email and payment details. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — Report generation. Your assessment answers are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate your report. Anthropic does not retain your data beyond the API request. Anthropic Privacy Policy
• GoHighLevel — Email delivery. Your name, email, and tier are shared to send your report link. GoHighLevel Privacy Policy
• Vercel — Website hosting and deployment. Vercel Privacy Policy
• Upstash — Secure data storage for your generated report. Upstash Privacy Policy

Data Retention

Your completed report is stored securely and accessible via your unique report link for 365 days from the date of generation. After 365 days, your report data is automatically deleted from our servers. Assessment answers submitted during the assessment process are not stored separately from your report — they are used to generate the report and are not retained independently.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to save your assessment progress so you can resume if you close the browser. This data is stored on your device only and is cleared when you complete your assessment. We use minimal cookies for session management and payment processing.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your report and personal data
• Opt out of email communications at any time

Children’s Privacy

Power By Design™ is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
